We recognize that some sponsors may wish to support exclusively a specific item, activity, or event within the conference to benefit from exclusive branding of same. In this regard, we have itemized subjects available for exclusive sponsorship. The monetary value of the sponsorship will be placed in its corresponding sponsorship level and similar benefits will be given.
The exclusive sponsorship opportunities are as follows;
Sponsor will fund the acquisition and printing of branded conference polos for each participant. Estimated 400 polos.
The benefits to sponsor are as follows;
- • Sponsor’s logo placed on right sleeve of polo. Other than the conference logo, it will be the only other logo featured on polo.
- • Two (2) Complimentary conference passes
- • Digital banner slots as per sponsorship category
To be held Sunday, 22nd October 2023, 6pm-9pm. The sponsor will fund the cocktails, refreshments, entertainment, and decorations for the event.
The benefits to sponsor are as follows;
- • Full branding of cocktail reception inclusive of banners
- • Two (2) complimentary passes to Cocktail Reception
- • Five (5) minute ‘Word from Our Sponsor’
- • One (1) Complimentary conference pass
- • Digital banner slots as per sponsorship category
To be held Monday, 23rd October 2023, 7pm – midnight, The Sponsor/s will fund all aspects of hosting the cultural event as envisioned by the SATT. A casual wear, high-end cultural experience. Estimated 500 attendees.
The benefits to sponsor/s are follows;
- • Full brand placement at event, inclusive of banners and all pre- and post-promo materials
- • All other Scarlet Ibis benefits
Sponsor/s will fund or provide in kind, the entertainment, and decorations aspects of the Gala Event as envisioned by the SATT. A formal, black-tie, dinner and ball experience. Estimated 400 attendees.
The benefits to sponsor/s are follows;
- • Full branding of Gala event, inclusive of banners and all pre- and post-event promo materials.
- • All other Scarlet Ibis benefits
Sponsors will fund or provide in kind, transportation for conference attendees between the airport, hotel, and official conference events, including Spouse Programme.
Executive transport service, comfortable, air-conditioned, and suitable luggage bay.
