The Caribbean Shipping Association will be conducting an online Workshop on Managing Conflict with Customers & Coworkers, on September 12 – 14, 2022.
Participants will learn in this workshop how best to utilize the fundamental tools from the Managing Conflict Toolkit. The attendees of our Negotiation Skills Workshop will better understand and appreciate the correlations that exist between both topics.
